Return Policy

Returns are accepted only after prior written approval.

Please contact us before returning any products.

Approved returns must:

• be unused
• be in their original packaging
• arrive in resalable condition

Claims for damaged or incorrect deliveries must be reported within 5 business days after receipt.

Seasonal products, special orders and products purchased on clearance cannot be returned unless defective.
