This wholesale website is intended exclusively for approved business customers. Consumer purchases are not accepted.
1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all wholesale orders placed through the Carré Confituur B2B webshop.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are purchasing as a registered business and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Carré Confituur supplies products exclusively to approved retailers.
2. Wholesale Accounts
Access to wholesale pricing is reserved for approved retail partners.
Carré Confituur reserves the right to approve or reject wholesale applications at its sole discretion.
Login credentials are personal and may not be shared.
3. Products
All product images, colours and descriptions are presented as accurately as possible.
Minor variations in colour, packaging or product details may occur.
4. Minimum Order Quantities
Certain products are subject to minimum order quantities (MOQ).
The applicable MOQ is displayed on each product page.
Orders that do not comply with the stated MOQ may be adjusted or cancelled.
5. Pricing
All prices are wholesale prices.
Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude VAT and shipping costs.
Carré Confituur reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice.
6. Orders
Orders placed through the webshop are considered purchase requests.
Carré Confituur reserves the right to accept, modify or refuse any order.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed unless agreed otherwise in writing.
7. Payment
Payment terms are 30 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Invoices must be paid in full within the agreed payment period.
Late payments may result in delayed shipments, suspension of the wholesale account and/or additional costs as permitted by applicable law.
Goods remain the property of Carré Confituur until full payment has been received.
8. Shipping
Orders are shipped from Belgium.
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Carré Confituur is not liable for delays caused by transport companies or circumstances beyond our control.
9. Returns & Claims
Returns are accepted only after prior written approval.
Claims regarding damaged or incorrect goods must be reported within 5 business days after delivery.
Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging.
Seasonal and special-order products cannot be returned unless defective.
10. Intellectual Property
All product photography, branding and website content remain the property of Carré Confituur and/or the respective brands.
Images may only be used by approved retailers for the promotion of purchased products.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Belgian law.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Antwerp, Belgium.
